1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing huaxingpcba.com ("the Website") or engaging Huaxing PCBA ("we," "us," "our") for PCB manufacturing, PCBA assembly, or related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Services.
2. Website Use
2.1 Informational Purpose
The content on this Website — including technical specifications, pricing estimates, lead time information, and blog articles — is provided for general informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, specifications and pricing should be confirmed via formal quotation before making procurement decisions.
2.2 Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Huaxing PCBA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
2.3 Online Quote Tool
The online PCB quote calculator provides indicative pricing only. Actual pricing is determined by formal engineering review of your Gerber files, BOM, and specific requirements. An indicative quote does not constitute a binding offer.
3. Manufacturing Services
3.1 Quotations & Orders
All manufacturing orders are subject to formal quotation and order confirmation. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders that fall outside our manufacturing capabilities or minimum order requirements.
3.2 Customer-Provided Files
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and manufacturability of Gerber files, BOMs, assembly drawings, and all other design data you provide. We will perform standard DFM (Design for Manufacturing) checks, but such review does not transfer responsibility for design errors or omissions to Huaxing PCBA.
3.3 Intellectual Property — Customer Designs
All intellectual property rights in customer-provided designs, files, and specifications remain the exclusive property of the customer. We claim no ownership over your designs. We will not reproduce, share, or use your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your order, except as required by law.
3.4 Quality Standards
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all PCBs are manufactured to IPC-A-600 Class 2 standards, and all PCBA assemblies to IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards. Class 3 requirements must be explicitly specified at the time of quotation.
3.5 Inspection & Acceptance
Customers are expected to inspect delivered goods within 14 calendar days of receipt. Claims for visible defects must be reported within this period with photographic evidence. Latent defects discovered after the inspection period will be addressed under our standard warranty.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
- Payment terms are specified in the order confirmation — typically 50% deposit with order, 50% before shipment for new customers
- We accept wire transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C) for international orders
- Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or applicable taxes unless explicitly stated
- We reserve the right to adjust quoted prices if design files differ materially from what was specified at quotation
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery dates are estimates based on current production capacity and are not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Shenzhen, EXW, or as agreed)
- We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or customer-specified freight forwarder
- Customers are responsible for import customs clearance, duties, and taxes in the destination country
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Huaxing PCBA's liability for any claim arising from or related to our Services is limited to the purchase price of the specific order giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity
- Damages arising from design errors in customer-provided files
- Delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, customs delays, or supply chain disruptions
7. Confidentiality
We treat all customer design files, commercial information, and communications as confidential. NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is available upon request. Our full confidentiality commitments are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
8. Warranty
We warrant that manufactured PCBs and PCBA assemblies will conform to agreed specifications and be free from material defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery. Our sole obligation under this warranty is, at our option, to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of non-conforming goods. This warranty is void if defects result from improper handling, storage, assembly, or use by the customer or third parties.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Website or decline to provide Services to any customer who violates these Terms or engages in conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful to our business interests.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) for binding arbitration in accordance with its rules.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our Website. Continued use of our Website or Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. The most current version of these Terms is always available at this page.
