A Tier-1 automotive supplier needed an ADAS camera control unit PCB with stringent thermal and reliability requirements. The design demanded 8-layer HDI with 0.3mm pitch BGA, controlled impedance on all high-speed lanes, and IPC Class 3 throughout — at a production volume of 50,000 units/year.
Modified stackup using Panasonic Megtron 6 laminate for superior signal integrity. Laser-drilled microvias with stacked-via architecture. Custom flying-probe test program covering 100% of nets. First-pass yield stabilized at 99.2% within 3 production batches.

A medical device startup developing a wearable patient monitor needed a compact 6-layer rigid-flex PCB with ultra-fine 2.5/2.5mil traces, ENIG finish, and the ability to fold into a wrist-worn form factor. They were on a tight FDA submission timeline and needed functional prototypes in 10 days.
DFM review completed within 8 hours of file receipt. Used polyimide flex layers with PSA stiffeners for the folding sections. Ran parallel prototype batches to de-risk delivery. 20 functional prototypes delivered on day 10. Full production ramped to 5,000/month after FDA clearance.
