Cold-rolled steel, stainless steel 304/316, and aluminum sheet. CNC punched, bent, welded, and powder-coated. Ideal for industrial control panels, power supplies, and rack-mount equipment. Thickness from 0.8mm to 3.0mm. Integrated EMI shielding gaskets and grounding points.
Injection-molded ABS, polycarbonate, PA66, and PBT enclosures. Custom colors, textures, and flame-retardant grades (UL94 V-0). Suitable for consumer electronics, IoT devices, and indoor instrumentation. Snap-fit and screw-boss mounting options. Custom mold available for volumes above 3,000 units.

Every enclosure goes through a first-article mechanical fit verification before production begins. We check PCB-to-enclosure alignment, connector cutout positioning, standoff height tolerances, and mounting hole registration against your 3D model or mechanical drawing.
For outdoor and industrial applications, we offer IP65/IP67-rated sealing with custom silicone or EPDM gaskets, O-ring compression seals, and cable gland integration. Every sealed unit undergoes a pressure-decay leak test as part of final QC, ensuring your product survives rain, dust, and washdown environments in the field.
Your product needs to look like yours. We apply custom branding during assembly: laser-etched logos and model numbers, silk-screen printed legends on front/rear panels, color-matched enclosure painting, and custom membrane keypad or overlay installation.
Serial number labeling with barcode or QR code is applied per your specification, thermal-transfer printed labels on polyester or polyimide substrate, rated for the operating environment. Regulatory marks (CE, FCC, UL, UKCA) are positioned per your compliance documentation on every unit.
